Spain’s Sub-21 Team Secures Quarterfinal Spot in European Championship

Spain has tied in the quarterfinals of the European Sub-21. Spain is currently leading Group B with six points, tied with Ukraine, who are also classified for the quarterfinals. The last day of the group stage is on Tuesday. On June 24, Spain Under-21s won 1-0 against Croatia, securing their place in the semi-finals.

Abel Ruiz scored the only goal for Spain in the quarterfinals match against Croatia, securing their place in the semi-finals of the UEFA U21 European Championship. Ruiz scored the goal in the first minute of the match, making it the quickest goal in U21 EURO finals history.
